Stonesfield Community Trust

Stonesfield Community Trust was established in 1983, it was one of the first Community Land Trusts in the UK.

The Trust is a registered charity providing truly affordable housing in the village of Stonesfield, Oxfordshire.

We have a number of 1 and 2 bedroom properties which are available for: 

​

• People who were born in, or live in the village, or

• People who have immediate family members living in the village  

​

The Trust is run by a small dedicated team of Trustees who are responsible for:

• Setting the strategic direction of The Trust, and

• Managing The Trusts assets, and 

• Considering requests for grants to support education, sport, and environmental projects.

The Trust is committed to providing affordable housing to enable people to be able to live in the village they were born in or live.
